100% recommend for a brief visit
Comfortable bed, updated bathroom, the bathroom had been updated and was generally very clean, and watching the horses pass by in the village added a charming touch to my stay. plus, it was great to have access to free wi-fi and a car park.
Breakfast could have been hotter.

Lovely stay with friendly vibes!
My wife & I needed a break from tents during the festival, and we were lucky to find this cozy spot. The room was super spacious with comfy beds. The updated bathroom was a treat! We had a nice chat with the lovely owner Ann-Marie during breakfast, although it could've been a bit warmer. Best part? They totally hooked us up with free drinks since we missed breakfast!

I had a lovely time, enjoying the well-kept room and the really cozy vibe throughout the place. The hotel also offers a nice heated pool and a charming garden area perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The only downside was that the room's entrance felt a bit flimsy, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Delightful stay with exceptional food
I had a wonderful time during my stay, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the delightful local ale at the bar. The food was absolutely amazing, particularly the homemade pies and the generous breakfast options that left me excited for each morning. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The only downside was that the initial check-in process felt a bit disorganized, which delayed my arrival to the room.

delightful stay but early checkout
The accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided a warm retreat on a chilly night. the breakfast included in the rate was a lovely bonus that added value to the stay.
10 am is a bit of an early checkout on a Sunday in particular.
